What we collect

If you complete the opportunity check, your answers stay in your browser until you choose to send the enquiry form. If you send it, we receive your name, email address, your answers, and anything you add in the notes field.

How we use it

• To review your answers and reply to your request.
• To suggest a sensible first automation project and arrange a call if you want one.

We do not sell your data and we do not send unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

This site and its form are hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions for us and may store data outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards. If you book a call, you are taken to Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy. This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics, and its fonts are served from our own domain.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
